I am the Marketing Manager of Jevons Property Management. Enrique and I started the company when we purchased our first apartment complex. We are now a real estate management company that buys, sells, and manages a range of large and small apartment complexes, single family homes, duplexes, tri-plexes, eight-plexes and more. We currently manage over 600 units in Yakima and King County, WA. In this blog we want to share our experience, knowledge, and interest in property management.

We are remodeling an old farmhouse we own

Working on an extensive remodel of an old farmhouse. Currently vaulting the ceilings. It should turn out very nice and be ready to rent in June.
